Automation is provided for devices and components required in the KLS Plastic Profile and Injection Factory through two OLIPTEK GATEWAYs operating in master and slave mode. The high bay fixtures in the factory are controlled via the OLIPTEK Smart Industry Automation System. The operating values of the heat pools are monitored, the operational statuses of the machines are tracked, and preheating of desired machines is ensured, making them production-ready. The shutters located in various parts of the factory can be remotely opened and closed with our end devices. Applications made under the scope of factory automation can be transferred to upper systems such as SCADA and BMS if requested.
