In the KLS Plastic Profile and Injection Molding Factory, two OLIPTEK GATEWAYs, one operating in master and the other in slave mode, provide automation of the requested devices and components in the factory. The high ceiling luminaires in the factory are controlled by the OLIPTEK Smart Industry Automation System. The operating values of the heat pools in the factory are monitored, the operating status of the machines is monitored, and the desired machines are preheated and ready for production. The shutters in various parts of the factory are opened and closed remotely with our end units. The applications made within the scope of automation of the factories can be transferred to upper systems such as SCADA and BMS upon request.
