Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality has installed LORAWAN (868 MHz) infrastructure smart city lighting system in SEKAPARK, which is one of the most important urban parks of Kocaeli and seen as the activity center of Marmara. A total of 820 luminaires on 460 energy-saving lighting poles perform control and monitoring functions by transferring data to the OLIOS software in Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality servers via 5 gateways called GATEWAY with star network topology.
